# The Year of Indus

*June 10, 2024 · Note to the team · Roby John*

I turned 46 last week — thank you for all the wishes, they made my day.

One highlight of the trip: running into a former teammate on a random street in Vietnam. Proof of how small the world truly is.

There will be noise in the weeks ahead — leaks, rumors, distractions. My only ask is that we hold to our North Star: make Indus the best game for our players, and SuperGaming the best place to work in the industry. Everything above that is a distraction. Let's focus on the release in front of us.
