# We Launched Indus

*October 15, 2024 · Note to the team · Roby John*

Today, we are launching Indus — a day earlier than planned. Its significance lies in this pivotal moment: today, we launched. This is the culmination of countless sacrifices, and an emotional rollercoaster of highs and lows for everyone involved.

I can't predict what our numbers will be, and I've had fun hearing your guesses. But let me say this: we are already successful. The very act of launching is a victory. Too many games never see the light of day.

Naturally the question comes: what if we fail? Failure is possible, and that's okay. As I often say — if things aren't failing, we aren't innovating enough.

> "If you have built castles in the air, your work need not be lost; that is where they should be. Now work to put foundations under them." — Thoreau

Savor this moment, and the challenges ahead. This is just the beginning. Now let's go launch this rocket!
