Series A — Thank You
Dear All,
Today we have completed all the execution documents for the SuperGaming Series A. This also completes exactly 4 months since our TermSheet (Feb 19) and I would like to thank everyone for their effort in getting this over the line. I wanted to send out this email to each and everyone associated with our Series A and share the Execution documents for our completed Series A for all your filing needs.
First our Series A investors - Led by Sia and SkyCatcher who believed in us and set up the round and helped us never lose focus on the business while we completed the round with regular advice. Bace Capital and team of KK, Benny and Rijul for first and foremost introducing us to Sia and participating in the round fully each step of the way. Ed Fries and 1UpVentures who participated and this marks their first investment in India.
This round would not be possible without the Seed Extension round and belief from our existing Investors Yuki-san, Tomoya-san and the Akatsuki team, Hosono-san, Eto-san and the entire DI team, Vaibhav, Better Capital and Monish Darda who was truly our Angel in this round.
All of our team have been supported by a fantastic team of legal and financial teams that worked well together. The team at Withers with Joel, Gabriel and Joanelle, Pradhuman from the LexStart Team, Chris from 1UpVentures and support from our existing Legal teams with Kshama from Avigna, Akatsuki legal, the legal team at AngelList, Harshhaad and Shreedhar from Monish' legal teams. Thank you !
Finally, I would like to acknowledge that this was a team effort on our side with our legal team from Legalogic with Vikas Agarwal, Sakshi Kalra and Chinmay Bilgi who were always present for anything needed to get this over the line. Our Financial Advisors with AVALLP led by Lalit Valecha with his constant help and advice and our CS in Singapore with Nitish from ECRA. I Thank all of you for your hard work and support every day and every step of the way.
Last but not least , I would like to thank Rahul as the 1 man army from the SuperGaming team for ensuring that the DD went over smoothly and the cofounder team at SuperGaming with Sreejit, Christelle, Navneet and Sanket. Each of you stepped up and helped get this over the line.
As Cofounders of SuperGaming, we take this opportunity to recommit, personally, to you to make our Vision of building SuperGaming into India's Best Gaming Company a reality. No matter what it takes, each of us will every day put our customers and the company first to make this happen. PS. As a next step we will need help from all investors to co-ordinate our PR and Announcements which are going to be done in the Second Week of August to time a few other PR Activities. Till then we are not announcing this round. Sanket will help co-ordinate all of these.
