Happy New Year. 2025 was a year of uncertainty — and we survived it. Not by waiting for certainty, but by building through it. We kept shipping. We stayed in the fight.

For 2026, just two ideas. First: fall in love with the final 5%. The last stretch is where most people ease up, where "good enough" quietly replaces "excellent." The final 5% is where extraordinary outcomes are created — precisely because so few are willing to keep caring when it would be easier to stop.

Second: find joy in the little things — "for one day you'll look back and realize they were the big things." As we packed up the old office, I found years of memory bundled in the boxes.
