Unshackled
After a lot of introspection, we've named this phase for what it must be: Unshackling SuperGaming.
Every global winner we studied came from failure and pivot pressure. Supercell killed dozens of games before Clash of Clans. Fortnite was a failed zombie game before it became a phenomenon. PUBG was one high-agency modder with no resources.
The pattern is universal: winners experiment aggressively, kill weak ideas early, ship weekly, trust small teams, and obsess over the 9/10 experience — nothing less earns word of mouth.
Our biggest failure this year was too little experimentation — one SKU, one format, one market. That isn't trying. That's attachment. So now we adapt: smaller, faster, global-first.
