Three Guys, a Dog and a Dream

Indus studio launch at Charlie's House, 2022 · watch on YouTube

Our love for Charlie, and the energy that Charlie brought into this house, was very evident.

This is the genesis of everything. The thing that was closest to my heart was the fact that Charlie was always at the door looking for you whenever you would come into the office, asking for your love. I still have very fond memories of Charlie. I'm very happy that we have this house in his name. Our next generation of games are going to be built out of the same office where it all started.

Starting a business — starting a gaming company in the early days, and that too in the iPhone space — was stressful. But there was one thing constant in our life: having that pet, always looking up to you for a run, a stroll in the park. That's really what Charlie was. Things will be up and down, but Charlie will be there waiting for you in the office when you're coming in the next day. That's what kept us all motivated. That's what kept us going in the hard days.

No matter what happens, be constant. Be there for other people. Be the person that your dog thinks you are!

Let's make something

Find me at the SPC office in Bengaluru, usually Wednesdays. Coffee, a walk, hacking user acquisition — all yes.
