Welcome Christelle as a Co-Founder

Dear Team,

Founder (n.)
– One who establishes something or formulates the basis for
something.Founder is a label with some amount of prestige. It carries
connotations of creativity and innovation, determination, native
intelligence, and a sense of fearlessness.
Founders create something from nothing.
Many entrepreneurship and startup resources talk about founders, but most
of them seem to assume that everyone knows what a founder is.

In practice, it’s not so obvious.Strictly speaking, in business the
founders are the people who establish the company—that is, they take on the
risk and reward of creating something from nothing. Remember, an idea by
itself is not a company, though most companies start as an idea. Some
companies start out as one person’s idea and stay that way. More commonly
one or two people might have an idea but then recruit a group to help
execute the idea (because ideas are worthless without execution).

Today, Exactly a year since we moved into the SuperGaming office, We have a
Big Announcement to make (Apologies if the email subject already gave it
away)

As CoFounders of SuperGaming, we feel more complete today as we bestow a Co
Founder title to Christelle, not because she just followed us from June to
SuperGaming without any significant reward and gave up all the effort that
she had put in at June Gaming as well to establish herself as a leader of
our SuperGaming Product and spent many long nights shipping the Super Party
Product with a combination of many frameworks including Registration, OTP,
Avatars, Download Frameworks, Contact Sync, Game Integrations, SDK
Integrations, Amplitude, Singular , Vivox Audio Chat, SendBird, Game
Invites, Server Side Integrations, DeepLinking and many more such features
and framework - all packaged and shipped with a smile, disciplined,
consistently on many nights and many long weekends.

Christelle,
We continue to learn and be inspired by your ability to take on the
responsibility and get the rest of us to also become as productive.

We are honored that the vision of the SuperGaming app has been made a
reality with all of your efforts and we look at today as an opportunity to
recognize that contribution and bestow that title that you so much
deserves.
Let this serve for all of us to aspire more and we promise that we will
continue to reward each one of you with bigger and better things along this
journey.

To all our wonderful Women team Members at SuperGaming (you are about 1/3
of our team) We hope that this does provide you an even greater say on the
way things are run at SuperGaming both within our Games Products but also
in our day to day running of the company.
As founders we have much to learn from all of you which has been made even
more obvious by staying at home the past 5 months and learning from the
efforts of my own mother and wife how you effortlessly balance both work
and home. Thank you for being the real Power behind SuperGaming as you lead
all our departments across UI, Art, Dev, QA, Promo and UA.
